Nominees will be evaluated on the following, weighted equally:

• Adaptability and Critical-Thinking (How did nominee learn new tasks, try different processes, meet challenges, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities?)
• Collaboration (Nominee’s ability to communicate and work with others toward a common goal.) 
• Impact (Contribution to positively affect change and impact across the organization or community.)
• Initiative (How did the nominee demonstrate initiative and self-reliance as a leader of tomorrow?)
