Narrative justification is scored and weighted based upon the following:
· Impact: (50% weighted) Focused on the results and impacts the accomplishment had across the organization and/or functional communities.
· Innovation: (35% weighted) Focused on groundbreaking or innovative approaches in developing financial systems or implementing data analytic solutions or the use of AI.
· Scalability: (15% weighted) Focused on the solutions that are scalable and adaptable to different business sizes, industries, or evolving data requirements.
